Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

These terms govern your use of Reva, appointment-reminder software for practices. By purchasing or using Reva, you agree to them.

License

Reva is sold as a one-time purchase that grants your practice a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your practice. The license is tied to your practice account and may not be resold or shared across unrelated practices.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for obtaining any patient consent required to contact them by WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS.
  • You must comply with the terms and messaging policies of WhatsApp/Meta and Telegram, and with applicable law (including healthcare and privacy law in your jurisdiction).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and the content of the reminder messages you configure.
  • You must keep your login credentials and channel API keys secure.

Message costs

Reminders are sent through your own WhatsApp/Telegram account. Any per-message fees charged by those providers are billed to you by them, not by Reva.

Service “as is”

Reva is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free delivery of messages, which also depends on third-party providers and the recipient’s device and settings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reva is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for missed appointments or lost revenue arising from delayed or undelivered reminders. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
